The Mouroux terroir is exposed full South with a combination of around 91-92% of pinot noir and 8-9% of Caesar which enhances the character of the IRANCY. After a few years, this wine matures to an IRANCY with deep colour, a rich and complex nose with red fruit, prunes and spice flavours.
